PROJECT: 101163065

The project investigates how to incorporate the principles of degrowth into the legal framework for energy in Europe. By studying the legal regime for electric batteries, it proposes legal tools to reduce resource and energy use in a fair, sustainable manner that is aligned with the planet's ecological limits.
