Yuly Tatiana Choque is a pre-doctoral researcher within the DELaw project.
She holds a Bachelor in Law and a Bachelor in Public Administration from the University of Extremadura, as well as Master’s degrees in International Development Cooperation and in Latin American History. Her research interests include energy law, environmental justice, human rights, migration, and intercultural governance.
Within DELaw, Yuly will focus on Spain and Portugal, analyzing the legal frameworks governing energy storage and batteries in the Iberian context. She brings prior experience in project management, international cooperation, and human rights advocacy in Europe and Latin America. Originally from Bolivia, she also connects her work to debates on extractivism and energy transitions in the Global South. She speaks Spanish fluently.
