Romain Mauger

Dr. Romain Mauger is Head of Legal Research Unit at the Iberian Centre for Research in Energy Storage (CIIAE), Spain, and is the principal investigator of the DELaw project.

He realised his legal education in France, closing it with a PhD in Law from the University of Montpellier, and has extensive research experience in foreign countries (notably South Africa and the Netherlands).

Within DELaw, Romain organises the work of the whole team to comply with the project’s ambitious objectives. He also undertakes himself the research on the EU legal framework within the project. Romain fluently speaks French, English and Spanish.
